Hospital: Survive The Night by DiaMMax swaps the pizzeria for an abandoned hospital. The rules stay FNAF: survive until morning while something hunts you through the corridors.

It is first-person 3D — WASD to move, Shift to run when hiding fails. Free in the browser, desktop and mobile.

A hospital corridor works both ways: if you can see down it, so can the thing hunting you. The generator hum gets louder when something is near, and that sound is usually the only warning you get.
