Fishing Game

Fishing Game is a free 3D fishing game by Ouaz Games. Drag to aim, let go to throw, and wait for the float to dip. When the game tells you the fish took the bait, you start reeling it in and try to keep the line in one piece.

How a catch works

Once a fish is hooked, keep it in range or it gets away. If you pull the wrong way, a warning tells you the line is about to break. Bring your cursor or finger back down to ease the pressure, then keep reeling. Every fish you land shows its weight, and your heaviest one of each kind is saved as your best catch. Fishing Game is a casual take on the fishing video game, built for short sessions in the browser.

Rods, reels, lines and hooks

Your gear comes in four parts, a rod, a reel, a line and a hook. New pieces come out of crates, with a free crate now and then and bigger boxes in the shop. Items go from common up to rare, epic and legendary, and each one can be levelled up. Coins from your catches also pay for upgrades to your maximum casting distance and your catch range.

The Fishopedia and the map

Each species you land goes into the Fishopedia with your best catch, so you can see which fish you still have to find. The map shows the levels you have cleared and the ones still ahead.

Duel mode and world ranking

After a few levels you unlock Duel mode. You are matched with another angler, and the first to reach the target score wins. Your results count towards the world ranking.

Coins while you’re away

The game keeps earning a little while you are gone. When you come back you can collect your coins, or watch an optional video to multiply them.

Controls

Play with the mouse on a computer or with your finger on a phone or tablet. Drag to aim, release to throw, and follow the hints on screen while you reel. There is nothing to download and no account to create.
