Welcome to Ouaz Games. These Terms of Use govern your use of the website at ouazgames.com (the “Site”) and of all games, mini games and applications developed and published by Ouazgames Fze (“Ouazgames Fze”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, wherever those games are made available (the “Games”).
By accessing or using the Site or any of our Games, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. Use of the Site and Games
Ouazgames Fze provides free games for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree to use the Site and our Games only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of the Site or Games by, anyone else. You may not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Site or Games, scrape content at scale, reverse-engineer or modify our Games, or rehost them without our permission.
2. Third-party platforms
Our Games may be published on third-party gaming and social platforms and on mobile app stores. When you play one of our Games on such a platform, that platform’s own terms of service and policies apply to you in addition to these Terms. Availability of any Game on any platform may change at any time and is subject to that platform’s own rules and decisions.
3. Intellectual property
Games developed and published by Ouazgames Fze, together with their titles, artwork, characters, code, audio and branding, are the property of Ouazgames Fze. The Site’s own design, text and branding are likewise the property of Ouazgames Fze.
The Site may also feature games from other developers and publishers. Those games, along with their trademarks, titles and artwork, belong to their respective owners; their appearance on the Site does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by those owners. If you are a rights holder and believe content is presented on the Site in error, contact us and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it promptly.
4. Advertising
The Site and our Games are free to use and are supported by advertising. Ads on the Site are served by third-party networks such as Google AdSense. Ads inside our Games, including rewarded video and interstitial formats, are served either by the host platform’s advertising system or by third-party networks. Advertising practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Virtual items and purchases
Some Games include virtual currency, virtual items or other in-game content, which may be earned through play, granted for watching advertising, or purchased. Virtual items have no monetary value outside the Game, cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred outside the Game, and are licensed to you for personal use only.
Where purchases are available, they are processed entirely by the host platform or app store. Refunds are handled under that platform’s refund policy, and Ouazgames Fze does not process payments or issue refunds directly. We may discontinue or modify virtual items at any time.
6. No warranty
The Site and our Games are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site or any Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular Game will remain available.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ouazgames Fze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or our Games.
8. Children
The Site and our Games offer content suitable for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; see our Privacy Policy for details.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site or our Games after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
