This Privacy Policy explains how Ouazgames Fze (“Ouazgames Fze”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, collects, uses and protects information.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to:

• the website at https://ouazgames.com (the “Site”); and
• all games, mini games and applications developed and published by Ouazgames Fze, wherever they are made available — including on our own Site, on third-party gaming and social platforms, and on mobile app stores (together, the “Games”).

Each Game published by Ouazgames Fze is covered by this Privacy Policy, whether it is played in a browser, inside a host application, or as an installed app. Where a Game runs inside a third-party platform, that platform’s own privacy policy also applies to your use of that platform, in addition to this policy.

By using the Site or any of our Games, you consent to this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.

Information you give us

If you contact us directly, we may receive information such as your name, email address, the contents of your message, and any attachments or other information you choose to provide.

Information collected automatically on the Site

Like most websites, the Site uses log files. These record information such as IP address, browser type, Internet Service Provider, date and time stamp, referring and exit pages, and the number of clicks. This information is not linked to anything personally identifiable and is used to analyse trends, administer the Site, and understand how visitors use it.

Information collected automatically in our Games

When you play one of our Games, we and our service providers may collect:

We do not ask for or collect your real name, postal address, phone number or payment card details inside our Games.

Information from host platforms

Where a Game runs inside a third-party platform, that platform may provide us with a pseudonymous account identifier and basic profile information (such as a display name or avatar) so that your progress can be saved and features such as leaderboards can work. We do not receive your password, phone number or payment credentials from these platforms.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• provide, operate and maintain the Site and our Games;
• save your game progress and preferences;
• improve, personalise and expand our Site and Games;
• understand and analyse how our Site and Games are used;
• develop new products, services, features and functionality;

Advertising

Our Site and Games are free to use and are supported by advertising. Advertising on the Site is served by third-party ad networks such as Google AdSense. Advertising inside our Games — including rewarded video and interstitial formats — is served either by the host platform’s own advertising system or by third-party ad networks.

These third parties use technologies such as cookies, JavaScript, web beacons and advertising identifiers to measure the effectiveness of their campaigns and to personalise the advertising you see. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. Ouazgames Fze has no access to or control over the cookies and identifiers used by third-party advertisers.

Purchases

Where a Game offers in-app purchases, those transactions are processed entirely by the host platform or app store. Ouazgames Fze does not receive or store your payment card details or bank information. We may receive confirmation that a purchase was completed so that we can deliver the item you bought.

Cookies and similar technologies

The Site uses cookies to store information such as your preferences and the pages you visit, in order to optimise your experience. Our Games may use local storage on your device to save progress and settings. You can disable cookies through your browser settings; detailed guidance is available on each browser’s own website.
